Hi,
i usually add an scoansi entry to both termcap and terminfo.
In termcap you can add the scoansi as an alias in the line where
you find the ansi terminal.
In terminfo link /usr/lib/terminfo/a/ansi to
/usr/lib/terminfo/s/scoansi.
That should do the trick.
